Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Poodle Sox can be sent anywhere and everywhere! Shipping rates are calculated upon check out.
Can I get on your email list?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be canceled or adjusted once they have been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Please email email@example.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation and to make any changes after your order is placed.
FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING
We offer several options for shipping both in the USA and internationally. All shipping times and rates are calculated based on location and can be seen at checkout.
Please note, we take about 2-7 business days to create apparel (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) items. All shipping times are in addition to these fulfillment days.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Some products might be shipped separately. Each item we ship may have different delivery times, because some products need to be packaged and shipped separately.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You are responsible for these fees.
Ordering rush for a special event? Check with us first to make sure we can get your order to you on time! Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re worried about cutting it close, and we can confirm if there is enough lead time to create your order.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after your item has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. To return something, please email email@example.com. All returns require approval within 30 days of the delivery date. Any personalized or custom ordered items are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.
